Shipping policy
1. Delivery Coverage
Our delivery service is available within Australia only. At this time, delivery services are not provided outside Australia. All orders are fulfilled exclusively through our online store.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free delivery. For orders below AUD 99.99, a flat delivery fee of AUD 10.99 will apply.
All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product prices displayed at checkout. No additional fees are required after payment is completed.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Order processing is based on business hours (CET 08:00–18:00). Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 18:00, or on non-business days, will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation, including order verification, packaging, and dispatch arrangements. Please note that processing time does not include transportation time.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier operations, and current logistics conditions.

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners. Common carriers include:

7. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information (where applicable). Once shipped, you may track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your registered email address or phone number.

- Product Damage or Loss: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
- Shipping Changes or Cancellations: Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes, rerouting, or cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Delivery Receipt Guidelines
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the package as soon as possible. If any visible damage, tampering, or irregularities are identified, please take photos (and/or videos), retain the packaging, and contact us promptly for further assistance.
